Share as much information as possible to assist us providing speedy resolution. The following list may help support to the process:

  • Describe the behavior of the reported problem.
  • When did the problem start happening?
  • How often does the problem occur?
  • Has any system, network software, or hardware been upgraded or changed?
  • When the problem happened, was anything unusual going on?
