What kinds of Customers does SCI, Inc. do business with?

We specialize in serving the security needs of Commercial, Governmental, Educational, Utility, Research, Industrial, and Corporate accounts.

I have some ideas and security needs at my facilities, but don't know how to get started. How can you help?

We begin by meeting with you to discuss your ideas and needs, and we provide you with a project detail plan. This documentation may go through several revisions before being finalized and this process develops the ideas into an agreed upon design. Once development is complete, we provide you with a written proposal detailing the scope of work and associated costs.

If we decide to accept your proposal, how do we know that we are getting the best possible value for our money?

Our value lies in our ability to plan, design, and then deliver in one operation, and our project deployment methods are proven to be efficient.

If I already hired an Architect/Engineer (A/E) and have a set of plans, would SCI, Inc. still give me a proposal?

Yes. You can use your current plans while maximizing the cost-savings and convenience of SCI proven processes.

How do you assure us that you can deliver our project on-schedule, on-budget, and also meet the high quality expectations of our organization?

In order to meet these expectations, our review and planning processes ensure that schedule, budget and quality control are not compromised.

I've used Contractors in the past that were disruptive to the operations of my facilities. How do you deal with this?

We not only address new construction, we also specialize in existing facilities retrofits and tenant improvements. That means that we are experienced in working in and around occupied facilities. Our staff is experienced in protecting your facility, your employees and the public during deployment to minimize disruptions and keep work areas clean and dust-free.

Who will be in charge of my project and who do I contact if there is a problem?

Each Client is assigned an Account Representative who serves as a main point of contact, overseeing design development and cost estimating and each project is assigned a Project Manager who oversees installation.

What if I don't know anything about security projects?

We have worked with “project novices” and experienced clientele in regards to design and installation. Because of this, we are able to serve as both advisor and detail-oriented contractor.

My facilities are a long way from your company headquarters, how can you supervise my project from a distance?

SCI has provided remote project management for many customers over the last thirty plus years, and we will assemble the right team for the right location.

It all sounds pretty good, but I would like to verify that you actually do what you say, and that you have the necessary experienced staff, financial means, and insurance/bonding necessary to complete my work. Can I get references?

Yes. We will gladly provide you with Customer and Manufacturer references and information to make your decision.
